1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cryptonome's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Cryptonome provides lead generation services through AI-powered targeting and multi-channel advertising campaigns. Our services include:

  • Lead identification and qualification
  • Multi-channel advertising campaign management
  • Social network integration for lead generation
  • Performance analytics and reporting

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is performance-based, with costs varying by advertising channel:

  • Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
  • Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
  • Premium Display Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Qualification

Qualified leads are defined as prospects who meet the criteria established during the initial consultation and campaign setup. Lead qualification includes verification of contact information, demonstrated interest in your products or services, and alignment with your target demographic.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about target demographics and ideal customer profiles
  • Responding to leads in a timely manner
  • Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing feedback on lead quality to optimize campaigns

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. All lead data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cryptonome's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, algorithms, and methodologies used in our lead generation services remain the intellectual property of Cryptonome.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
